I’ve been after this photograph for about 15 years since I’d heard a little owl had used this tiny hole in a large metal bucket as a nest Anyway tonight I got the shot 🙂 Tomorrow I pack my bags again and travel far up north to Svarlbard!

A breed I’d not seen before till yesterday. This one was a rescue, and although a big dog, it looked ever so gentle. The breed is a Spinone.

Some lovely views of Barcelona, Majorca, the city of Palma on Majorca and Algiers as seen from 35000 feet on our way from Heathrow Airport to Cape Town last night.

And finally we cross the Orange river which marks the boundary between Namibia and South Africa. Looking west towards Sandfontein. Continuing south over some spectacular terrain until we eventually park our Airbus #A350 at Cape Town airport and go exploring on foot…..😄✈️
