We NEED to stop glamourising overworking. Please. The absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn't something to be applauded. Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour. And it needs to change.

Launched our ‘This girl can’ campaign in school this week. So great reading the reasons why students to become an ambassador. Cannot wait to see what they come up with to promote help physical activity within school 🙌🏽

Yesterday was my first day back on school site since December. It was so lovely to interact with staff and students away from a screen. Looking forward to welcoming all students back next week! 🙌🏽👩🏽‍🏫

Plus teaching practical PE was amazing 🤩 trailed fitness monopoly from @ShareLearnT. Excited to introduce it to KS3 and KS4 in Core PE!

What an eventful week! Car accident on Monday after school. So thankful for the support of everyone around me. Despite the accident the return to school has been amazing. Summer sports such a positive start to the term. Make the most of everyday 🙏🏽🙌🏽

So happy I have secured a full time position at an amazing school 🥰 looking forward to the future. I will be sad to leave my current school but I have learnt so much this year. It will always be a part of my journey💕 always believe in yourself!
