Completed my first day of supply teaching today and taught Year 6 for the first time too! Survived and thoroughly enjoyed being back in the classroom 👩🏼‍🏫

Supply teaching has opened so many doors (only been on supply 3 weeks) 🚪 🚪 🚪 🚪 amazing opportunities in different schools who are offering long term or fixed term contracts and now I need to make a decision 🤔

The most beautiful weekend back in Lincoln meeting my best friend’s daughter for the first time and celebrating June’s 92nd birthday ❤️ but goodness the homesickness of coming back down south again😭

“Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?” Good question, where do I see myself at the end of the year is hard enough. Trying to explain this when your other half works in the military is tricky 😬 Good job he’s worth it! Summer term contract secured 🌟 👩🏼‍🏫
