We just finished a nonfiction week on BATS! I went to take their pictures and said, “Smile all of your monkeys!” I was quickly told that they are NOT monkeys, they’re BATS!

Comparing three-digit numbers this week. We even pulled out a velociraptor mask and that student “ate” the bigger turkey number! We talked about place value, carnivores, and predators all in one lesson.

They melt my heart so some of the things they are thankful for.
