Something I have noticed lately is alot of my students are starting their letters from the bottom up when they write, even g's, y's, e's, etc. I find this very odd as I thought we write from the top to the bottom. I teach grade 4/5. Is there a reason for this or just fluke?

This is so sad. Alot of patience and meeting kids where they are. I also think about the first year teachers who started in the 2019-2020 school year, we haven't had a "normal" year either. Maybe one day again.

It’s true. The ONLY province. The last time we heard from the Min Ed was a month ago when he declared extracur to be essential & requiring vaccine/negative test to be out of bounds. Before that, it was to downplay the need for masks a few days before school started. Failure.
