Work is important, but you are importanter! I know it’s really hard, but this year try and set some boundaries that allow to be the parts of you that doesn’t work in a school. Then stick to them as much as possible.

Before you pile in with write/tell me what you did in the holidays, remember some will not want to share. Some will have had difficult holidays or they’ll be embarrassed they can’t match the holidays of their mates.
