Every child deserves a loving teacher in their corner cheering for their success.

Just because a student does not raise their hand, does not mean that they are not thinking deeply about the content. We need to broaden what we mean by engagement in our classrooms/schools. This will invite/value more students in the learning process.

Behavior management—> each student will get a chance. At the beginning of the day I will ask students to go over what a good secret student should look like through out the day. Then at the end of the day I will reward that student with a desk pet🐣🐻🐶🐠🐢

Find a teacher friend who sees students like you do. It’s really nice to be able to speak the same language.
