Mission Hills has announced the hiring of their new Head Football Coach, Thomas Altieri. A 2005 graduate from Vista High School, Altieri was a First-Team All-CIF selection as a lineman and also a First-Team All State selection by Cal-Hi Sports during the Panthers 2004 season.
