The events I’ve cancelled since Sept 2025. My life has no joy, it is empty+process driven to get me into work each day. I do nothing outside of work, except work. My medical team are as stuck as I am as there are so many unknowns+much confusion around how I’m being treated #cptsd

My medical team have again read+commented on correspondence from my abuser. All personal details were removed. They said they’re making a fool of themselves. I can’t see it that way. They agree that this person is deliberately harassing me. The description ‘twisted’ was also used

Had a long, emotional meeting with my medical team today. I’m drained. I don’t know how much longer I can keep going. I’ve been holding onto hope, but it’s fading fast #CPTSD #Trauma

Hurting someone who never once wished you harm, especially while they were already surviving the darkest season of their life, is something deeply disturbing and unforgivably cruel

Suicidal thoughts don’t always sound like “I want to die.” Sometimes they sound like: • “I can’t keep doing this.” • “I don’t want to wake up tomorrow.” • “I’m tired of being strong.” • “I feel trapped in my own life.” • “I don’t belong here.” • “Everything feels too

Had a 2 hour meeting with my medical team+they’re worried. I’m not getting any better and they’re shocked at how much is going on, and the lack of support I’m receiving #CPTSD #stress #anxiety #emotionallybroken #trauma #suicide

You wouldn’t walk up to someone who’s standing on the ledge because they're suicidal & push them. However, the words you say when they’re struggling could do just that. You may not understand, but to those who do, the lack of empathy could be the final push they don’t need.
