Definitely set myself up badly by not letting my current school know I was actively seeking another job - evil looks from SLT and a very cold reception from them too…🤷🏻‍♀️

Already have emails from students requesting their mock grades (that I’m yet to mark) and to send them exam questions (despite stating many times that there are practice questions on their class teams AND they can search them online) 🤦🏻‍♀️

Every year I think I’ve escaped the wrath of hay fever - and every year I curse myself for being so stupid for thinking I’ve escaped it whilst sneezing my lungs out

After living in my flat for 6 months, I have FINALLY got my own washing machine, and I don’t need to go and use other peoples 🙏🏻

So it was my birthday today and some students sang me happy birthday at the start of our lesson and another got me a gift, blessed

Am I a bad person if I asked students to leave my classroom at break time because I just want some peace and time to relax?? They have plenty of social spaces to sit in but they’ve taken to inhabiting classrooms now 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think teaching the difference between reply and reply all should be in all training in all jobs…because it gets embarrassing for people that don’t know the difference.
