🗣️ “Objection, Your Honor!” - Ss debated in a mock trial today, arguing for the guilt/innocence of a short story character! They read stories, found character traits & evidence, formed opinions, and finally presented their case to the jury! I am so proud of all their hard work!👩‍⚖️

In honor of #WomensHistoryMonth , students practice annotating and reading comprehension skills with an article on the amazing Malala Yousafzai. While partner reading, pairs highlighted and extracted information on how she has overcome adversity in her life! #girlpower
