👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 BIG UP to Wendy working on 1740 CrossCountry Trains train from Newcastle to Bristol. She stayed perky and was super helpful and to everyone on the train after it was involved in an incident. That meant we were delayed for almost 2 hours then again for about 20 minutes.
