I need help! One of my mods on Twitch was just randomly suspended due to "Fraud". He made an appeal and it was rejected. He also showed me that he's getting emails of subs and bits he purchased over the last month are being refunded BACK to him. Does anyone know a way to help?

He said he was just hanging out in someone's chat today, just talking about games, when suddenly his browser refreshed and he was logged off. He isn't able to log back on. I checked all my stuff like bank, PayPal, email, and don't see anything being refunded.
