Somehow on Windows I cannot use the standard unicode input method using <alt>+<numpadplus>+00F6 for instance. What outputs a ö in a terminal window or notepad acts as <alt>-f in Chrome, opens the settings menu... Is this input method unsupported? Mathias Bynens
