You might cry while chopping onions but you can't deny how delicious and healthy they are! Full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties!

Did you know that the wrap on round bales of hay actually helps create the proper condition for fermentation? Along with making them look like giant marshmallows this will also help them keep longer and stop rain from collecting on top of the bale.
