Players coming off the bench have to realize the importance of their roll too… and take pride in it. You’re the second unit. Fill a void. If there wasn’t energy.. change it. No aggression defensively.. apply it. Teams with the deepest benches go far.. YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT.

Athletes are people. They are not just commodities that pass through your program, to be treated like trash. They have lives. And you are stewards of their lives while they are with you. Treat them right because the eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the good and evil
