S3 classes have been busy making mini quiches this week. Pastry making can be very hit or miss but I was very impressed with the efforts of both classes.

Today at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy, the final of the Baxter's Soup Challenge took place.🍲 And after a lot of soup tasting the judges had chosen their winners.. 🏆Congratulations to "The Lucky Four" from Milne's High School who were the 2024 Winners!!🏆

3E completed the cake challenge today. Extremely impressed with their efforts. Well done to Charlotte Meighan and Emma Sheed who got chef of the week with their ‘sheep’ and ‘beach scene’ cakes. Looking forward to seeing what 3F come up with tomorrow
