"Providence is under-.500 w/o Bryce Hopkins." But is that fair? Shouldn't the time required to adjust to losing a star be accounted for? PC lost its first four games without a healthy Hopkins but then finished 10-7 with wins over Seton Hall, St. John's, and Creighton — TWICE.

The Big East got badly screwed

The Big East, the second-best league in the country according to KenPom, gets only three bids to the NCAA tournament. And all three were seeded on the top-three lines.

Big East was No. 2 league in the country at KenPom and only sends 1-seed UConn, 2-seed Marquette, 3-seed Creighton.

FIRST FOUR OUT: Oklahoma, Seton Hall, Indiana State, Pitt St. John's and Providence weren't even close. What planet am I living on right now?

lol St. John's nor Providence even among the first four out? I know there were crazy bid stealers plus a strong bubble, but my goodness. Big East also got no respect from the committee. I am kinda staggered by this bracket from a seeding and selection perspective.
