Today was cool! The Senate held a hearing on MOHELA, a student loan servicer that really sucks. So it’d be cool if U.S. Department of Education fired them after this!

Yes!!! MOHELA has hurt borrowers!!!

Today, I held a hearing on MOHELA's failures as a student loan servicer, from bungling return to repayment to delaying debt relief for public servants.
 
It’s time for action. U.S. Department of Education must hold them accountable.
 
Borrowers deserve better than MOHELA.
