Our first Membership flavor this month is *Baklava* - reconstructed in a pint. It’s a beautiful dense pistachio ice cream made with pistachios from CA family farm Fiddyment Farms, plus a honey glaze and layers of crispy house-made walnut baklava. And it is wow!

A perfect scoop. Mango Sticky Rice: one part fresh mango ‘scream, two parts coconut sticky rice ice cream.

Our first Membership flavor for June is Rhubarb Galette and showcases one of our favorite summertime fruits. We start with our marzipan ice cream base and mix in chunks of house-made rhubarb galette (think pie’s more casual cousin). It’s tangy and sweet with a nutty contrast.

Our second Membership flavor is *Aperol Spritz.* The unofficial drink of summer has become quite controversial and we happen to think it is a very good drink. So we turned it into a delicious and complex ‘scream. Here we crafted an Aperol ice cream with a twist of orange.

We're back! Back in the New York Groove with a lineup of flavors based on our favorite NY Summer activities. Here's what we have on tap this month.

To celebrate one of our favorite NYC summertime activities - Movies in the Park - we dreamed up this ‘scream featuring all our favorite cinema snacks. It’s buttery popcorn ice cream with chocolate covered malt balls and layers of caramel.

Every year we team up with @TheAwkwardScone for our Pride Pint seasonal flavor for June. It’s a sweet cream ‘scream with Eric’s iconic rainbow cookie mixed in. It’s beautiful and delicious and a lovely celebration of love.

New Seasonals launch TOMORROW July 3 (we needed an extra day!). It’s a menu full of New York’s finest fruit plus some new tropical ‘screams. Here’s the lineup for July:

It’s Key Lime Pie season at the shop. Every year we team up with Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pie to source their amazing Key Lime Pie. We also source their fresh squeezed key lime juice which goes right into our ice cream base. It’s key lime ice cream with chunks (we mean CHUNKS) of Key Lime Pie.

People come in all the time asking us for Strawberry ice cream and we’re forced to turn them down, “Strawberry is not in season right now!" But not this month! Here we have our Strawberry Shortcake 'scream [fresh strawberry ice cream with chunks of housemade shortbread biscuits].

Brace yourself, we have a fresh batch of Blueberry Buckle at the shop [fresh blueberry ice cream with a gluten-free crispy buckle]. Watch out, this ‘scream has a tendency to make one’s knees buckle.

Surf’s Up! Our new Seasonal ‘Screams for August are here and they are crafted in honor of NYC’s best beaches. Here’s the lineup:

Coney Island Crunch is back! 🥨🍺🎡 Salted pretzel ice cream with bits of chocolate-covered pretzels and a beer-caramel swirl featuring @coneyislandbeer.

One of our new beach-themed Seasonal 'Screams this month is Cherry Grove [french vanilla ice cream with cherries and chocolate ganache]. We upgraded our cherry-vanilla flavor from last year (So Pitted) with a heavy helping of dark chocolate ganache.

Orchard Peach is our signature cream cheese ice cream base with slices of candied peaches. We use fresh local peaches from Wilklow Orchards, then cook them in a sweet simple syrup. Anyone else eat canned peaches as a kid? These are like that, but better!

New flavor alert: our September Seasonals are here. Our theme this month: CAMP. But - actual camp, like tents, hiking, campfires, and s’mores four ways. Here’s the lineup:
