The boos that will erupt at #Acrisure Stadium if the #Steelers come out flat next season will be quick and loud if #McCarthy doesn’t quickly adapt to this new #NFL and the #Rooneys will suffer for it.

I know this isn’t the case BUT it almost feels like this is a temporary thing until #Tomlin decides he wants to come.

I haven’t seen the #SteelerNation this much in agreement since the #MattCanada firing

I really hate to not like this hire for the #Steelers. Mike #McCarthy seems like a great human being and a smart guy. He’s a true Pittsburgher but does any of that transfer to the #football field? I guess only time will tell but this doesn’t tickle my fancy.

These players aren’t from Pittsburgh and do not care that McCarthy is so that won’t be a relatable thing for the players.

Worthy side note is that they went 10-6 with Jeff Blake under center in 2000…..not that either one of them had important roles in that.

I don't get the "this is what you deserve Steelers fans" narrative over the hiring of Mike McCarthy. This has nothing to do with Mike Tomlin. Art Rooney II was about to give Tomlin an extension. Tomlin resigned. #Steelers #NFL

I find it odd that the Arthur Smith job comes a few hours after the McCarthy news. Coincidence? I think not

Cheating is cheating. Especially when you get caught and face the consequences. Bill Belichick was proven to cheat (whether you agree or not) and is being punished for it. Just like bonds, rose, and likely Brady as well. He’ll get in, just not right now.
