I’ve noted that our former President Uhuru Kenyatta has changed the venue of his Jubilee Party, National Delegates Conference to Ngong Racecourse after being locked out of Bomas of Kenya due to unavailability of the venue. If I was him I would have held the Jubilee Party NDC
