just had my annual stroke check-A1 so that's that for another year. Now need to sit down and write lesson plan for tomorrows class.

having prepared my lesson plan for 2moro and got the handouts done I'm now off to my celibate couch for a well earned sleep.

spent the morning at a great workshop and learned lots. now off to GP for final part of stroke check and expect to be declared roadworthy.

OK that's me MOT'd for another year. When do I officially become a coffin dodger? Now getting ready to teach this evening.

just got home after teaching, tired but feeling good. have a full day 2moro so off to bed for me.
