I'm honestly struggling bad with the cancer diagnosis. Alcohol easy to kick. The friggin smokes will kill me 1st. Losing weight and my mind. Ugh. 🙏 anxiety is brutal. Just being honest

I have to quit smoking to save myself. Sooooo dam hard. 😢. I'd love advise sincerely. Cut way down but have the 911 lung. Not good. Very hard

I went clean off alcohol for about 11 days Samsara 🎤🎵🎹 was my guide. I slipped and starting over. No way to quit cigs and beers at the same time. Was a catch 22. Sam is correct quitting alcohol makes it easier. I've cut cigs to a 3rd. I'm blessed to have no withdrawal

I have to go to shithole Manhattan for my next procedure. Not happy. A $200 day. Work hasn't paid me yet since Memorial day weekend. 😢. 911 will come in soon. 🙏. We all struggle sometimes.

My buds came here tonight , we rode the quad trails. I'm having a brutal time quitting beer and cigs. Have to do both. Brutal. 😢 gonna do my best. Not even 55 yet. 911 shit. 😠

Finally got my baby back after the deer incident. 45 days. Many parts were on backorder. Why ? Still waiting for the running boards too.

I popped into our local bar tonight. All 25 or younger. All love trump. I was amazed. They want a shot of freedom.

So , apparently my body didn't shed the toxins of 911. 😢. Turned in to goddam cancer. 😠. 🙏 🙏 🙏
