We launched Zapier AI Actions last year with no eval. But we were collecting 👍/👎 and text. Turned out v1 was <50% accurate. Reid Robinson built a Zap with ChatGPT steps to summarize failures and route to Bryan Helmig 🍻 every morning. ~3 months later we got to 85%+ accuracy.
