With head injury guidance suggesting 2g TXA, but polytrauma Haemorrhage still working on CRASH-2 1g + 1g over 8°, I want to switch to 2g bolus on admission (or catch-up to 2g total). The initial CRASH-2 protocol was empiric, is there evidence supporting/refuting my proposal?
