I went to Isle of Man recently to watch Bury Football Club v FC Isle of Man.My return ferry to Heysham was cancelled twice.Despite my advisory email stating cancellation due to “operational reasons”,Steam Packet Company have refused my compensation claim for additional hotel and food costs
