“You gave me some of the best years of my life.” Paul Bissonnette gives an emotional speech about how grateful he is for the Coyotes and how much they meant to him 🏜️

Although my touchpoint with Bones was only one season in Phoenix, I am so thankful that we crossed paths. I reflect on things I learned from him often, and rarely do they involve hockey. One of the best.

So happy for former Coyote Jeremy Roenick! A moment he thought would never come. His reaction to the call speaks volumes. Roenick gets into Hockey Hall of Fame after a lengthy wait tsn.ca/nhl/jeremy-roe…

A late round pick by the Coyotes who worked his way into being a regular and turned it into nearly 2 decades of pro hockey. With a mindset and ethic like that, I can’t wait to follow his future successes. Congrats, Winny!

"Heater" is an absolute gem, and that description has little to do with hockey. One of the many beautiful people who I crossed paths with at the Coyotes. Kudos to Petey for turning the mic around on him for a great listen.

I think the main thing here is that one of the worlds most prestigious team's in one of the worlds most popular sports (i.e, access to anyone/anything) has deliberately chosen to bring in a 78yr old track and field coach because he has a level of expertise they don't have

As a youth sports official for over 25 years, I’ve witnessed and experienced this first hand on a regular basis to this day. Going a step further, I’ve seen it influence parent/spectator behavior as well. 🤦

Great news! Volleyball is such a great sport, and it can be enjoyed throughout a lifespan. I wish it would've been a HS sport "back in my day." 😀 opb.org/article/2025/1…

One of my favorite authors interviewing the creators of one of my favorite podcasts. So many great takeaways, on so many levels.

Columbus got a good one! I was fortunate to cross paths with Gilly during our time in Arizona, and I look forward to his successes with the Blue Jackets.

Saddened to hear about the passing of a Northwest treasure. Little known fact: he was the first full-time employee at REI (and eventually their CEO).

Really enjoying the contributions of Ryan Rowland-Smith this season on Seattle Mariners broadcasts. Not only because of his wonderful insights that draw on his background as a pitcher, but because he attended Arizona Coyotes games during Spring Training while playing. Win-Win.
