A8) The most important element of my (hi)story with this #MTtalk chat is embracing that I will learn something while hopefully sharing some of my knowledge with others.

Love that idea of a 'storycoaxer'. I recently was doing some coaching with students helping them with developing their personal pitch and it was all about storytelling! It was a great experience to help them recognize the value in the stories they could share. #MTtalk

YES!! It's been an amazing community that I feel very privileged to be a part of. I've met amazing people, heard amazing stories, and I know that they will continue afterwards. #MTtalk

A9 Stories keep those I've lost and experiences past alive in my head and heart. Story is essential to celebration and to surviving grief. #MTtalk

Certainly sharing stories to process grief is a healthy thing to do. When someone would rather avoid any mention or story about the person who has passed, it is not the greatest thing for processing the grief. #MTtalk

With legacy thinking, you "start with the end in mind." You identify the long-term impact that you'd like to make, and then assess the changes that you need to put into place to reach that point. mindtools.com/a3axrm1/what-i… #MTtalk

Thanks to our Head Coach and host of the past 8 years, YolandéMT. #MTtalk was her "baby." Thanks to the amazing team for putting so many chats together: @SarahH_MT, shmttalk, Mike Barzacchini, and Midgie Thompson. Thanks to Charlie Swift and Keith Jackson for their input and support.

A10/10 I desire to leave a legacy of positive impact, having made a meaningful difference in the lives of others or the world around me. This could involve contributions to society, such as advancing knowledge & ethics, promoting justice, or preserving the environment. #MTtalk

Thank you, YolandéMT. I've learned a gentler yet effective approach to leadership and management through your example. (I don't want to 😭 so I'll stop here... ) I've appreciated this experience with Mindtools. #MTtalk
