Major Delta fail. The pilots were 2 hours late. Weather related. Understandable. But...

Plane sat over night. Needed to be de-iced which they didn't do until the pilots arrived...and..

we have no fuel on board. Sitting on the plane waiting an hour for a fuel truck. Come on Delta. That's just bad management.
