Decided to submit for Nikon Small World - sequential days of branching morphogenesis in the mouse lung 🫁 (e12.5-14.5 ecad stained lungs) all lungs to scale - pretty amazing how rapidly branching occurs 🤗

might have been a headache to build and align, but that's a sweet setup. #highthroughput #microscopy

I just wasn't going to be satisfied until I could see The Whole Well!!! Jacob Swanson Peter H Whitney ....seeing how hard I can push our little microscope (and python napari)... this compiled image is downsampled 4x from the original 1.5 TB dataset 😂

Makes me wince in pain looking at it. Also, no one in the room said anything? Yikes.
