So, British Airways Gold lounge at Heathrow T5 has stopped hot food to order at the table via the app, and not re-introduced the old paper menus. Just the below par buffet. Why are they running this airline into the ground?

Still at Heathrow Airport after delays with British Airways. 1.5hrs late so far and counting. Good thing is they run the lounge to ground so no fresh food or anything like that for their #bagold customers
