I’m happy to see Dept. of Agriculture release raw H5N1 sequence data yesterday.
However, as far as I can tell, key elements are missing:
-actual location (not just “USA”)
-date
-sample type
to name a few
Hopefully this is forthcoming soon and hopefully all new sequences will be posted in…
