So, trying to access my account with @HSBC_Expat - online banking doesn't work. Call the helpline, wait almost an hour. Something wrong in the security checks and when told them it's their problem, they hang up on me. No email contact form, no number to call and DMS here ignored.

In the UK - maybe in other countries - I fear that the emergency services think that they serve the establishment who pay the bills, but they are actually there for the weak and dispossessed. And this tension is a huge cause of stress.
