Don't diet. Eat meat, fish, eggs, greek yogurt & fermented foods. Eat some dark greens & cruciferous vegetables. Have some fruit (berries, watermelon, etc.). Get sunshine, build strength & laugh often. Limit refined carbs, sugar & seed oils. This is the way.
