Received an appointment today from our awesome TM Liz… And although this new business owner was quickly disqualified as a prospect for our merchant processing, shifting gears to a WHO changed the call from a warm lead gone cold, to a deal opportunity!

Pulled two statements from a single merchant running two businesses. Although the merchant was already getting great rates, we still came below and have much better customer service to offer than his provider (and rep whom the merchant dislikes). One step away from closing…
