Story time: -My #iPhone 6 Plus is as slow as a turtle in a coma since early December. Phone is about 6 months old. Got it brand new through warranty. -Took phone to Apple twice. Apple geniuses scratching heads. Couldn’t figure out what’s wrong

-February 1, 2018. Called Apple Care to request battery replacement. Apple Care runs diagnostics. Says phone is fine. Battery is fine. Like brand new. I ask if battery replacement might fix problem. Apple Care says, “it might”.

-Sent in request for a battery anyway. Got an email saying since my phone is discontinued, battery won’t be available till late March-early April. -Rage quit. Cliff notes: Apple is full of shit
