Big type IA and IB endoleaks in an infected aneurysm sac post TEVAR 2 years ago. Treated by Alex Powell,MD, Brian J. Schiro, MD, Abner David Wilding with thoracic branched endograft with excellent results! Ideal treatment would be surgery for infection but not a surgical pt. SIR RFS #MedEd
