been feeling extra hungry today but i managed well! i had two halves of protein bars and half a bag of protein chips (i was sharing w my bf) and so far i have had 480 cals, for dinner i predict it will be abt 500 calories? so ~980cals for today idk yet tho

edtwt do you have a strict calorie goal or do you adjust it based on how you feel/how much energy you need on given day?
