F2F workouts will begin on October 5🎉 Monday and Wednesdays 4pm-5pm in the bus loop. You must have a current VHSL physical on file. Locker rooms will not be available(must come to school ready to cheer or go home and return) looking forward to seeing you all😊

Cheer workout was amazing today! These ladies worked so hard without a single complaint! High kicks, squats, jump drills, resistance bands, balance ball, more high kicks... all done with excitement and a smile💕Glad to have these ladies back in action💪🏼
