On behalf of OSCE Kosovo I pay tribute to Shkumbin Ahmetxhekaj for his leadership as DG of #RTK. We look to the Board of RTK - Radio and Television of Kosovo to select a successor on merit to complete his reforms & bolster the financial and editorial independence of the public broadcaster.
