Trying to get LG UK Customer Care to replace the washing machine which has been leaking all over my floor for a year is becoming farcical (3x engineers!). I could seriously produce a pretty impressive standup routine about how terrible their customer service is. Anyone want to contribute?

I’m starting to find the LG UK Customer Care hold music very triggering. I’ve be read it approx 60 times with all the phone calls I’ve made to them. Bonus of this situation: I now have a padding pool appearing in my utility room. And it keeps coming back!
