One of the best plays I’ve ever seen Oedipus on Broadway . Mark Strong and Lesley Manville are spectacular as Oedipus and Jocasta. And the text by Icke not only brings the original to the present, it resignifies the main characters. Go watch it. Or read Icke’s text. Amazing, all of it

A very creative paper that bridges the best of economics and sociology. We know from Lareau, Bourdieu, Rivera, and Khan that elites have their own subtle codes for class reproduction, but it is often hard to quantify what they are and how much of an advantage they provide.

Following Branko Milanovic recommendation, I went to see “The Archduke”. And as Branko said, it is an excellent (and very funny) play with great acting from everyone involved. Highly recommend!
