The PLCB is so broken, it can't even follow its own arcane rules and allow distributors to ship directly to retailers and restaurants. A lawsuit by Jason Malumed & A6 Wine Co. has challenged the agency. #FreeTheBottles! Story via Harold Brubaker

The #PLCB Playbook: if your back's against the wall, give an inch. The pathetic petitioners will be grateful & go away. Not today, Monopolists. Commonwealth Court livestream hearing involving wine distributors, PLCB at 10:30 am today. pennlive.com/coronavirus/20…

The #PLCB is trying strong-arm negotiations of an issue the Legislature SETTLED 2 years ago, a solution FineWine&GoodSpirits has bluntly ignored. Now they're being sued, a gov't agency, to FORCE them to obey a law specifically written to make them do this.

It is sad that FineWine&GoodSpirits has been allowed to get away with this for so long. The PLCB has taken advantage of consumers, licensees, vendors, even their own employees, all in an attempt to hold onto a power they never should have had in the first place. inquirer.com/business/penns…

Big win for wine lovers in PA today. The PLCB is not above the law and they cannot self-govern. It is finally time for the PLCB to do what they are instructed and implement a system for the direct delivery of Special Orders. Harold Brubaker Craig LaBan inquirer.com/business/plcb-…

Time for the PLCB to return the money they've unlawfully taken. Jason Malumed “Sovereign immunity was never intended to allow a state agency to harm its citizens and deprive them of a remedy,” said John G. Papianou. www-inquirer-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.inquir…

.Rep. Tim Briggs Can you please detail how giving distributors the OPTION to deliver Special Order wine directly (removing the $1.73/blt PLCB handling fee) is harming small businesses, i.e. restaurants and wine distributors in PA? Craig LaBan Harold Brubaker legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/Legis/C…

The Pa. Supreme Court just issued a devastating opinion against the Pennsylvania "Liquor Control" Board. No sovereign immunity. Time to give back the money you unlawfully took from businesses and citizens. We won't stop until every penny is returned. Jason Malumed Rich Zeoli Show🇺🇸
