Anyone else catch our presentation on frailty @RISE4Disability? Ellis, Team Lead OT, spoke about the therapy service on Emerald Frailty Unit. Kathryn discussed her role as a Dietetic and Therapy Assistant Practitioner and Ellen, Senior OT, spoke about the frailty unit in Sheppey.
