Long time no see, but I am proud to say I have had a successful weekend at the New Balance Nationals Championships placing 2nd in the NATION in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 40.57 which is VA #1 and VA #4 All Time. #WeWillBeBack😉

Ran a new PR of 21.49 at the USATF Region Meet on Saturday! Still working and more to come. #AGTG
