As we focus on this weekend, #OneYearOn, we realize Superman was anything but ready.

All eyes on the Lex Luthor as he prepares to "reopen" the city #OneYearOn

- A lot of eyes on LexCorp Tower this morning with the knowledge that Lex Luthor, who has spent the last year with all his resources, rebuilding this city. - What a sacrifice! - Just an amazing display of humanity! - We are hoping to grab some of his time later today.

- Here we are! Downtown! And Lex Luthor is striding up onto the stage, and the crowd… - The noise! - … their voices are one as they hail the saviour of this city! I am sure I saw some of those down on the stage stagger from that cheer! - Blew the metaphorical roof off!

- And there we have it! - What a speech! - And Lex Luthor cuts the red tape to a thunderous applause, once more the voices of Metropolis are one! - What a time to be alive! Beautiful!

- Metropolis is back! - The city has reopened! #OneYearOn! - Thank you, Lex Luthor! And thank you, Metropolis!

Luthor shook many hands as he made his way across the stage. He moved towards the back with a last wave to the crowd, his arms raised, before exiting off stage. He was escorted to a waiting car beneath a canopy, turning to Eve Teschmacher. "Do we have him?"
