omg the way that circular dependencies are handled in TS modules ๐Ÿ’€ these are all the things I forgot in 6 years of no TS How do y'all live like this?

oh man nothing like TypeORM's queryBuilder.select using field names instead of column names... like either stick with SQL or not, not some weird in between... or idk at least document it

funny how i've gotten into the habit of using this site to complain/sh*tpost and the other site when I have something constructive to say... I don't post much on either but I probably post here more if that tells you anything

there's an argument over a schema at work for storing s3 file references re: the bucket column: 1. just use the env var, why store it trillions of times 2. buckets change, not every db client is going to know about this bucket, why not just persist it thoughts?
