Part 5 ይህን የስልጣን ምንጭ መሠረታዊ ጉዳይ ያልተረዳ መሪ የህዝብን መብት እንዳረገጠ፤ እንዲሁም ይህን ያልተረዳ ህዝብ መብቱ እንደተረገጠ ይኖራል። ህዝባችን በእውቀት ማነስ መብቱን ባለማወቁ የመከራ ዘመኑን እየገፋ ነው።
