Thank you Kellie Armstrong for highlighting the plight of NI's 220,000 unpaid carers in the Assembly today. They are struggling with poverty, financial hardship & poor mental health. With our population ageing rapidly, the need for carers today & in tomorrows world has never been greater.


Very pleased to welcome members of the Health Committee today to talk with caring services staff working across inpatient and community services and inform their inquiry into access to palliative care.
